Convergent Billing Using Customer Master, MACC can provide a fully convergent bill, with user-defined networks and branded services. Bill messages and inserts, which are fully controlled by our clients, are also available to assist in marketing efforts.

Mediation/Rating/Message Processing MACC is experienced at collecting data from nearly every device from most of the major national vendors, such as Nortel, Siemens, and AT&T. MACC is proficient in receiving and handling AMA, EMI, CDR, and Detail or Summary Category 11 records. MACC receives standard (LSSGR) AMA records recorded at the company’s switch, and industry standard EMI records received from other sources. MACC’s experienced associates can also manipulate a variety of non-standard file formats to accommodate the requirements of our system.

Branded Long Distance Plans If you’re not selling long distance under your own brand, we can show you how to tap into this revenue source. MACC’s low-cost, turn-key, long distance minutes are available through our wholesale access partners. There are a variety of easy-to-sell calling plans which can be implemented quickly and easily.

Online Toll With the advent of eMACC, our emerging array of online services, clients have an invaluable research and marketing tool in our Online Toll Viewing service. Wireless Plan Support With Customer Master as the account management tool, we offer a wide variety of customizable wireless plans.

In-language Billing Get in-language bills for your Spanish-speaking customers by simply flagging them at the Account tier in Customer Master.

Print Images and Monthly Reports Get printable bill images each month in your data transfer process, plus a wealth of robust billing reports in a variety of media.

Bill Printing and Fulfillment or Print Stream In keeping with MACC’s tailored set of solutions, we offer complete turn-key bill printing, inserting, and fulfillment. For companies with their own print facilities, a convenient AFP print stream can be delivered from our operations center to your network for local printing.

Custom Statements and Cycles We offer custom statements with contents tailored to your needs. We also support multiple bill cycles. MACC provides form development, management, printing and storage for clients in cooperation with our partner, PFI.
