Bill Master

Bill Master is the billing engine that drives the billing process for accounts maintained with MACC's Customer Master software. This robust billing engine derives data from our rating process, from our mainframe message processing, and from Customer Master itself to produce a paper or electronic bill for your end users.

Billing information is output to printed bills, a dedicated print stream for clients with in-house printing, and to our EBPP Web interface for online access. Bill images are captured and uploaded to clients for review and CSR access. Meanwhile, new monthly charges for the next cycle, along with updated A/R information, are retrieved from Bill Master by Customer Master at the client location, ready for client-controlled account maintenance during the next billing cycle.

A chief client component of Bill Master is the comprehensive set of reports produced each month, detailing all charges, processes and account data for the billing cycle. These reports are fully documented in MACC's published Guide to Bill Master Reports, available in electronic format at our secure Client Pages center.
