Bill Messages and Inserts
MACC's subscriber billing system works in conjunction with Customer
Master, our customer care and billing software, to enable clients to
create and distribute custom bill messages to subscribers based on
user-defined criteria. These messages will appear on selected subscriber
statements at the specified statement location for the specified duration,
providing enhanced marketing and communication capabilities.
In addition to Bill Messages, Drop Inserts are also managed at the
client location. Using database query and maintenance procedures similar
to those for Bill Messages, clients may designate up to five Drop Inserts
to be inserted into selected accounts for a specified duration. Recipients
for both Bill Messages and Inserts may be targeted based on USOC codes
assigned (or not assigned) to the account, on their geographical location,
on their service type or user-defined service area, date of activation or
disconnection—the possibilities are practically limitless, providing
highly specialized marketing and information targeting.
MACC works with clients to manage, receive, warehouse, and insert
marketing and informational material, while clients retain control over
the placement of Bill Messages and Inserts based on a sophisticated array
of variables and criteria. We even design and coordinate production and
printing of special inserts for clients each month. |
