AccessMart is MACC’s new web-based revenue assurance and reporting tool. This innovative service allows telecom companies to easily track CABS usage and revenue trends via an on-line portal. Both short-term and long-term trends can be analyzed to ensure your company receives the carrier access revenue it’s due. This service makes the manual record keeping of CABS data unnecessary and frees up staff time for other objectives.

Standard Reports
AccessMart features four types of standard reports which can be easily exported to Excel spreadsheets or be maintained on-line. These reports can be based on all or individual carriers, exchanges, traffic types, feature groups, or jurisdictions. Here are descriptions of each of the standard reports.

Revenue and Usage Reports: These reports present a single, one-line total amount for access revenue, as well as access minutes of use (MOUs) and messages for the selected report format.
CABS Invoice Recap Reports: These reports present the revenue and charge details from CABS invoices. Access charges, Billing & Collection charges, and PARS Revenues are included in these reports.
PARS Reports: These reports present the Purchase of Accounts Receivable (PARS) revenues and messages that are included on the CABS invoices.
B & C Charges Reports: These reports present the Billing and Collection Charges, messages, and bill counts that are included on the CABS invoices.

Report Templates
AccessMart allows users to easily create customized reports. They can select criteria to meet their company’s needs and then save the settings and a user-defined report name as a template for future use. These customized reports can then be run each month as easily as standard reports.
