In addition to the ease and familiarity of the Windows
point-and-click interface, Customer Master features a host
of convenient user interface features, from multi-function account
manipulation windows to step-by-step process windows to
robust search and online Help systems.
Service Order Window
The Service Order Window is the heart of Customer Master's
account maintenance system. New accounts and most account changes
are made through Service Order. Service Order includes:
- Account information updates
- Adding and maintaining services and miscellaneous charges and
credits for an account, customer or network tier
- Maintaining network information such as Telephone Directory
or E911 files.

Inquiry Window
Most work on accounts begins at the Inquiry screen. From this portal screen you locate accounts, access and view information on accounts, and update accounts using the various Customer Master
modules.
When first accessed, the Inquiry screen presents an array of
input fields from which to choose in order to conduct an account
search.

After conducting an account search, the Inquiry screen expands to
accommodate the retrieved accounts, information on the selected
accounts, and an array of buttons for performing operations on the
account.

Billing Process Window
Processing bill cycle data is fast and efficient thanks to the
step-by-step Billing Process interface. Each step in the process is
tracked by run date/time and user. Multiple undo capability means
backing up a few steps is not a problem. Reports on the data being
processed are automatically produced along the way.
