What's New for Customer Master Version 5

Customer Master 5.3 represents MACC's continued commitment to improved efficiency and incorporation of "best of breed" solutions from the industry at large.

New features available in this release include:

Automated Disconnect Enhancement - changes to screens, functionality and reporting capabilities include: adding blanket comments to all disconnect orders, enhanced sorting options of accounts targeted for disconnect, automatic deselecting of subordinate tiers of an account, and more detailed report information.

Video Services Audit - audit participating video service vendors’ equipment against the Customer Master database to provide an on-demand comparison of services being billed to Customer Master accounts with services actually deployed to the end user.

Radius Server Audit - audit Internet account information from a RADIUS Internet server against the Customer Master database to provide an on-demand comparison of services being billed to Customer Master accounts with services actually deployed to the end user.

Update Uncollected Amounts Utility - easily update single or multiple Capital Credit accounts’ Uncollected Amounts with the current Write Off balance or with balances from an external file. Complete reporting is also provided.

Withhold Federal Tax from Disbursement - withhold a percentage of Capital Credit disbursements for Federal Tax purposes. Associated reporting and 1099 reporting to Accounting Master have also been updated.

Returned Checks and Charge-backs - automatically apply returned check fees and designate chargebacks for returned checks. Also, the NSF fees and chargeback may be applied after the current bill cycle for payments that have been processed through a bill cycle.
