Process and Database Reporting
Customer Master reports are
comprehensive. Reports cover all modules and satisfy a
wide variety of front office, third party and regulatory
requirements. And like all Customer Master user components,
the Reporting tool is logically designed and easy to use.
Customer
Master's relational database provides efficient reporting on real-time
data, as well as historical reports for audit purposes. Reports can be
previewed before printing with the user-friendly Report Viewer, and all
reports can be saved to a variety of convenient file types, such as
Microsoft RTF or Excel files, plain text files, or Adobe Portable Document
Format.
Reporting is accomplished in several ways, based on the operations in
progress or on your need for data on demand. At the dialog box, reports on
the completed operation or operation in progress provide comprehensive
documentation for account management and audit trail. Process-based dialog
box operations—such as the Billing Process for compilation, transmit and
retrieval of toll and billing data—produce automated reports providing
details on the process currently underway.
At the Reports
tool, users are in control of a wide array of reports on all modules and
all data. In addition, various Marketing reports provide the ability to
develop targeted marketing campaigns by reporting on a variety of account
criteria. Printing of mailing labels for targeted accounts is also
supported. |
