MACC is helping lead the way
in Internet account management with
specialized flow-through Internet
provisioning services for RADIUS (Remote Authentication Dial In User
Service) servers.
Working with a client ISP, MACC has helped develop a proven middleware for
managing communications between Customer Master, our billing and customer
care system, and the RADIUS server. This allows for instant provisioning of services for Internet subscribers
from the billing platform.
Our Internet provisioning offering is currently in limited production for
several of our clients offering Internet services. To get the latest
information on this emerging and developing service offering, or to inquire
about setting up provisioning for your ISP, contact your MACC Client
Relations Manager or National Sales Representative.
Audit Services
In addition to provisioning services, MACC currently offers its Customer
Master users an included RADIUS Server Audit feature. Utilizing the
MACC Application Interface, Customer Master can communicate with the RADIUS
server to audit services assigned to the device and compare these
services with assigned services at the billing account, helping our clients
monitor accounts and capture missing revenue.
