MACC's CAD Interface capabilities, enabled by the MACC Application Interface, allow mapping software providers to retrieve required plant data from our Customer Master platform in real time to update maps as changes are made, giving our clients powerful CAD mapping abilities with minimal implementation.

How it Works

Customer Master provides a robust Plant management system, utilizing the Customer Master relational database (learn more here). Database tables with relevant Plant data are isolated and exported at intervals via the MACC Application Interface protocol, which enables safe and secure data transfer between your Customer Master database and third party programs. MACC and our clients' mapping vendor will work together to create a working interface between Customer Master Plant and the third party's CAD Mapping system.
