Provisioning and Mediation
MACC helps you manage your telephone switching environment by providing for
flow-through of services from your service orders and by completely
handling call detail needs. This eliminates "swivel chair" provisioning
(double entry) and the task of managing the processing of messages from the
switch, as well as multiple other vendors and partners.
Provisioning
Using MACC's highly successful Application Interface process, we offer a
proven service order flow through capability for automated provisioning.
Currently fully-tested and functional with three popular middleware
solution providers in the telephone switch provisioning space, we enable
communication with nearly all switch types and vendors.

With MACC's Customer Master and Telephone Switch Provisioning, your
business can realize savings via efficiency, decreased service turn-up
time, and a reduction in the use of staff resources for the entry of
cryptic switch commands.
Mediation
Since the earliest days of pollable units for the collection of AMA data
from central office switches, MACC has been a pioneer and leader in data
collection. MACC is experienced at collection from nearly every device from
vendors such as Nortel, Siemens, and AT&T, as well as other add-on devices,
sources and capabilities. You can count on MACC to accurately collect call
detail records for message processing.
Beyond our own local recording, MACC is proficient at receiving and
handling EMI (standards based) or CDR (vendor specific) from your other
sources, which typically number four or more in today's telecommunication
enterprise. We are experienced in handling the unusual in the area of
messaging, freeing you and your staff to concentrate on your core
