Video on demand
is a phrase that providers often hear today, but
making video provisioning and self-care a reality demands a technology
partner who can cover all the bases, from programming for national video
providers, to the billing piece, to the inter-device communications
necessary to make it all happen from the subscriber's location.
MACC is currently working with several national providers and our
technology partners to enable flow-through video provisioning, with data
throughput managed by our Application Interface protocol, and accounts and
billing managed with Customer Master, our industry-leading customer care
and billing platform.
Our video provisioning offering is currently in limited production for
several of our clients offering video services. To get the latest

Audit Services
In addition to provisioning services, MACC currently offers its Customer
Master users an included Video Device Audit feature. Utilizing the
MACC Application Interface, Customer Master can communicate with virtually
any video device to audit services assigned to the device and compare these
services with assigned services at the billing account, helping our clients
monitor accounts and capture missing revenue.
