Account Management/Billing

Managed under the Video network structure, Customer Master translates vendor billing files* into one-time billing charges for listed accounts. These charges are passed with all other charges to Bill Master for monthly billing, appearing on the subscriber statement according to the description for the viewing event under the appropriate Video network service (Cable TV, Dish, etc.).
