MACC University Jump-Start Training (highly recommended)
Although not required, this course is highly recommended to prepare for your Customer Master installation. You may wish to send your key people, so that you can get a head start on Customer Master - well before it is installed at your company site. MACC University’s Jump-Start class is specifically designed to give you plenty of time to get hands-on training. You’ll learn the ins-and-outs of the software and have a “jump start” on your Customer Master installation!
Jump-Start training revolves around the service order process - performing, completing, and applying service orders. You will also learn the basics of the Customer Master tier scheme - ACCOUNT-CUSTOMER-NETWORK. It is very beneficial training to help you understand the basics of the Customer Master philosophy.
