February MACC Marketing Reminder Thank you for subscribing to our first MACC monthly marketing reminder. You'll receive this short reminder message during the first week of each month. It will include the month's deadlines for bill inserts and on-bill ads, plus additional information of importance to employees at MACC clients responsible for marketing and advertising. On-bill ad deadline - Friday, February 10th Due to the short month, the on-bill ad deadline for first of the month billing companies has been set for Friday, February 10th. To have an ad on your company's March bills, contact your MACC Account Manager or complete the online form on our Client Pages. Bill inserts - Printed by MACC's Creative Services Team - Wednesday, February 15th To have MACC's Creative Services Team print inserts for your March bills, please notify us by Wednesday, February 15th. You can use our convenient online bill insert form on the Client Pages or contact Kristi Rounds, Creative Services Coordinator, at 402-533-5184 or krounds@maccnet.com. Bill inserts - Printed by another vendor and shipped to MACC - Wednesday, February 22nd If your company will have another vendor print and deliver inserts for your March bills, please have them arrive at MACC no later than February 22nd or your company's transmit day if earlier. If your inserts will be late, please contact MACC's Billing Manager, Steve Wolff at 402-533-5249 or swolff@maccnet.com. As a reminder, you will still need to complete the online bill insert form even if another vendor will be handling the printing. Don't forget to set your inserts up in Customer Master Besides submitting insert information to MACC's Creative Services and Billing Teams through the use of the online bill insert form, you must also set up each insert within Customer Master.
