An important
announcement regarding the Client Pages |
Usernames and passwords issued before January 2008 will no
longer work to access MACC's Client Pages. To receive a new username and password, please use the
"Request Login Information" form below. If you are new to the Client Pages,
you can also use this form to request login information. After
you receive your new login information, via a confirmation
e-mail, you can begin using it
immediately. The confirmation e-mail for your company's login
information will be sent within one business day.
Please note, there can be only one password per company
number.

MACC's secure Client Pages Web provides clients with product information
and support, documents and forms for download, contact and territory
information for account representatives, and more.
If you already have a new password, click the "Login Now" button at right to login, or use the form below
to request new login information. The MACC Client Pages are a free service for MACC
clients.

Request Login Information
- Use the form below to request login information for the MACC Client Pages. If
you are employed by MACC client company, you are authorized for access.
Business associates who are not clients, including consultants and
technology partners, are not generally authorized for access but may
request access by e-mailing the
Webmaster.
All of the fields below are required to be filled out completely to
receive access.

Troubleshooting

My password does not work
The security for the MACC Client Pages site was changed on April 18, 2007. If
you received your User Name and Password before this time, they will no
longer work at the MACC Client Pages. Please use the Request Login
Information form
(above) to request the new User Name and Password.
I Have Received the New User Name and Password But They Still Do Not Work
Make sure you are entering the User Name and Password exactly. Both are
case-sensitive; avoid any extra spaces before or after the entry. In some
cases, network conditions at your workplace or transient Internet
conditions can affect your ability to access secure Web sites. If you
cannot gain access, you may e-mail the
Webmaster with any requests for
material or information normally available for download at the MACC Client
Pages.
