My username and password don't work. Now what?
Make sure you are entering the User Name and Password exactly as it is in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. While your Username is your company number, you'll notice that it is zero-padded to four digits. For example, if you're company number "5," then your Username would be 0005. As for your Password, it is case-sensitive so make sure your cap locks is turned off. Also, for both the Username and Password, be sure to avoid any extra spaces before or after the entry.

In some cases, network conditions at your workplace or transient Internet conditions can affect your ability to access secure Web sites. If you cannot gain access, you may e-mail the webmaster with any requests for material or information normally available for download at the MACC Client Pages.
