MACC's Online Pre-Billed Toll Viewing and Analysis System provides access to unrated call records for viewing, research, and trend analysis.

What is Online Toll Viewing?

The Online Pre-Billed Toll Viewing and Analysis System is a Web-based interface providing direct Internet access to your pre-billed calling records. Once you have established online toll access with MACC, you may login at any time to report on calling data.

You create reports on your data, which may be viewed online and manipulated for detail, as well as printed at your location. Reports are based on report templates and modified by your selections for input variables, such as date ranges and telephone number ranges. You may also filter results—for example, you may limit  included records to a selected carrier—and sort the compiled records by various criteria.

Available reports include:

  • CDR for Phone Number
  • High Volume Users
  • Most Called Numbers
  • Most Commonly Called NPA/NXX
  • Number of Calls by Carrier

 
 
Marketing Reports
Use Online Toll Viewing to easily track the number of customers using your company’s long distance.
 
Track high-volume users - Online Toll Viewing allows your customer service department to monitor on a real-time basis the potentially abusive use of long distance service.
 
Answer questions easily - Online Toll Viewing allows customer service representatives to easily answer questions in regards to pre-billed long distance usage.
