Intelligent Community Services Chooses MACC’s Telecom Billing and
Financial Software
(Monday, February 26, 2007) Blair, NE – Intelligent Community
Services (ICS) has selected Mid America Computer Corporation’s (MACC)
Customer Master as the company’s end-user billing software. The company
will also use MACC’s
Accounting Master financial software.
ICS provides telecommunications and other services to urban and
greenfield communities in Washington, Oregon, and California. The
Beaverton, Oregon based company will initially use the software to bill
1,500 homes for telecommunication services. The company projects the
number of homes which will be billed to triple over the next 10 years.
By choosing MACC, ICS joins more than 200 other telecommunications
companies which use
Customer Master to fulfill their billing and
customer care needs.
Customer Master will allow the company to do
converged billing of telephone, Internet, and cable television services.
This innovative software will also allow ICS to offer its customers
bundles with true à la carte options.
Accounting Master, MACC’s financial software, which is specially tailored
for the telecommunications industry, smoothly interfaces with its sister
program,
Customer Master. Working together, the two programs will allow
ICS to successfully manage all aspects of its business enterprise.
Accounting Master is
Part 32 and tax compliant. Plus, the software
features more than 300 standard financial reports.
