MID AMERICA COMPUTER CORP. SIGNS  31-COMPANY ORGANIZATION

(BLAIR, NE - November 16, 2005) - Mid America Computer Corp. (MACC) today announces contract negotiations were finalized last week for MACC to provide billing solutions for FairPoint Communications, Inc.’s 31 companies.

“This is an enormous win for MACC,” President Rod Christenson said. “We currently bill for the Midwest Region of the FairPoint companies, so they obviously are confident in our abilities. They have repeatedly complimented the features and functionality of our software, along with our quality assurance and change management teams. FairPoint is looking to our Customer Master platform for features that will allow increased opportunities for them, including enhanced target marketing capabilities, customized bills, and clear organization of customer data. We could not be happier to have the entire FairPoint family of companies on board.”

MACC expects to complete the conversion process for most of the FairPoint companies by the middle of 2006, with all companies being converted by early 2007.
