MID AMERICA COMPUTER CORP. SIGNS NEW LISBON TELEPHONE CO.

(BLAIR, NE - November 23, 2005) - Mid America Computer Corp. (MACC), a leading provider of customer care and billing software to the communications industry, today announced contract negotiations with New Lisbon Telephone Company, New Lisbon, Indiana, are complete.

New Lisbon Telephone Company will be converting their voice and Internet customers to MACC’s flagship billing software package, Customer Master; and will also be using MACC’s Carrier Access Billing services.

The decision to convert to MACC’s billing and customer care solution and CABS solution is a result of the positive experience New Lisbon has had over the past 2 years as a user of MACC’s Accounting Master system.
