Delcambre Telephone Company Selects MACC's Billing Software and CABS Processing

(Blair, NE –October 10) Delcambre Telephone Company has selected Mid America Computer Corporation (MACC) to meet its need for end-user billing software and CABS processing. The Delcambre, Louisiana-based incumbent telephone company currently serves more than 1,300 telephone lines.

Local telephone service, long distance, and Internet access are among the services offered by Delcambre Telephone Company. The company will use MACC’s Customer Master to meet these billing and customer care needs. Customer Master allows telecom companies to offer fully-convergent bills, convenient bundled packages, and features a wide variety of customizable reports. The program also features open architecture that allows for easy integration with other software for the telecom industry.

MACC’s CABS processing service features unmatched revenue assurance tools, such as a highly detailed audit trail. This allows MACC’s customers to easily track and forecast their CABS revenue.

Delcambre’s Telephone Company’s conversion to MACC is scheduled to occur during the first part of 2008.
