SOLSTAR CHOOSES MID AMERICA COMPUTER CORP.'S BILLING AND CUSTOMER CARE SOLUTION

(BLAIR, NE - July 12, 2004) - Mid America Computer Corp. (MACC) today announced Solstar Inc., a leading provider of entertainment and communications services, has selected MACC as their billing services provider for Solstar’s planned 15,000 subscriber community in southern Texas.

Solstar services include telephone, high speed internet, cable television, video on demand, and interactive internet-TV. Their fiber optic network is designed to accommodate 100% HDTV content, as well as parental controls down to the room or access jack, and language options. Solstar will be using MACC’s Billing and OSS software, Customer Master, and its VoIP billing capabilities for residential and home office subscribers.
