UniTel, Inc. selects MACC as its billing services vendor
(BLAIR, NE - February 6, 2006) - UniTel, Inc. has selected the Mid
America Computer Corporation (MACC) as its vendor for end user billing
services. The company will use MACC’s premier software, Customer Master,
for this purpose.
UniTel is the seventh company in the last year to begin or expand a
relationship with MACC. The telecom company is based in Unity, Maine and
provides telephone and Internet service to more than 5,000 customers.
The conversion to MACC as the company’s billing services vendor is
anticipated to be completed during the summer of 2006.
“We’ve worked very hard to make Customer Master the complete billing and
customer service solution for independent telephone companies,” said
MACC President Rod Christenson. “This commitment is evident as the
number of companies that use Customer Master continues to grow.”
