Support hours
Support for Customer Master, MACC's BSS/OSS solutions, is available Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central) and from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. MACC's Accounting Software, Accounting Master, is supported from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Our Software Support Representatives are located at MACC's corporate headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. They receive continuous training so that our clients are always given the latest information on our products.

Each MACC client is assigned an individual Software Support Representative as well as a team of representatives. If a client calls and the company's assigned representative is assisting another client, other members of her team are available to help.
